I have been in the Service and Operations industry since 2015. I was the Service Advisor-team lead and supervised 5-10 people at BMW dealerships. My primary focus was to insert SOPs on the service drive and ensure employee training on new models and comp models. I exceled at my position and was relocated to struggling dealerships 3 times. In addition, I acted as dealer representative at many BMW North America conferences. While I no longer hold that position, the hard and soft skills remain.

Do I need to pay to post an event?

No. Posting an event in Cadre is free. This allows you to receive and review bids from qualified candidates interested in your event. You only pay Cadre a service fee if you hire a Travel Director to work your event.

Can I hire multiple staff for the same event?
