I have been in the Service and Operations industry since 2015. I was the Service Advisor-team lead and supervised 5-10 people at BMW dealerships. My primary focus was to insert SOPs on the service drive and ensure employee training on new models and comp models. I exceled at my position and was relocated to struggling dealerships 3 times.
